「Stayed here a year ago and had a good experience. The place has aged considerably in a year. Hallway wallpaper is peeling at the seams, drawers on the cabinet in our room didn't stay shut, sheets on one of our beds were not totally clean, place is just kinda tired on the inside.」

「The rooms were so disgusting. The floors were filthy with mystery liquid stains on the floors. I didn’t want to touch anything. The chair in the room had ripped fabric. The stairs leading into the room were dark, very dirty. I would have left if we could have but we were exhausted after a 13 hour drive. Yes it’s cheap but it wasn’t worth it. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.」

「Crappy service they didnt really care cost 50 extra dollars after booking online could not cancel or get a refund pool was covered and nasty drove up to a car being dtf swatted in the parking lot! Immediately took my family and went to holiday inn」

「Remodel in progress- To check in- had to call a number and a lady came up to check us in The room we were given was under renovation, but not complete. It was clean- BUT- no water glasses, coffee pot or service, no smoke alarms, etc. Checking out- there was a guy sitting in. Car engine running and lights out and he calls out to me as I drop the key in the window. Creepy. 」

「My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff.」
