Room was ok, towels were ok, but stained. White socks turned black, from walking on floor in the room. Overall all 2 out of 5 is generous.」

「Elevators were filthy, our room was not the cleanest, the doors were falling off the hinges, shower amenities were completely emptied, the rings from the bathroom faucet were taken out and sitting on the sink, water sprayed everywhere, i notified front desk so that I wasn't charged. Need was comfy, when we went down for breakfast, there were other guests hoarding food, making multiple trips to their rooms zero hot food left and barely any breads or cereal because of this.
