"This hotel was superb and smelled amazing everywhere.I have no complaints."

"The good: beds were, A/C worked, tv worked, and the replaced towels with clean ones The bad: Underneath beds were filthy, sink faucet was loose, they didn't make the beds( when they replaced the towels ), top door lock was missing. Over all I would stay again."

"Part abandoned under construction dirty room, bedding broken tv and furniture electrical issues, unsafe area, no staff, left after seeing room and motel. Unsafe dont stay here veey scary"

"Part of the reason we picked this place was because it had a pool. As we walked to the elevator, we noticed the closed sign on the pool door. We were told it had been closed for over a month, ever since the ice storm in January. If any amenity you advertise as having isn't working, that should be noted with your hotel's information. The woman at the desk who checked us in was very welcoming and a delight!!"
