We really enjoyed our little 24 hr. Getaway for the day/night. Howard Johnson by Wyndham on Hammner was a great experience. The staff was very nice. There customer service was excellent. I had a slight issue with the t.v. I called the front desk and he was very helpful and guided me to fix it. I asked for an extra towel and it was given to me without a problem. Our only disappointment was the pool. It was really dirty and full of little dead bugs like gnats. The jacuzzi was the star. It was nice and hot and the jets worked amazingly well. We were in it for a little over an hour and a half. It really relaxed us. Afterwards we went to our room and showered got into our pajamas. Cooked some dinner in the microwave and we enjoyed a good movie before bed. If you are looking for a little 24 hr. Getaway at a decent price for 2 very comfortable double beds with 3 fluffy pullows each. I suggest the Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Norco Ca. On Hammner.
Cable was awful, kept glitching out and losing connection. Hot tub was not warmed up, just as cold as the pool. Rooms were clean enough but toilet barely flushed and some things were just dingey. They also came in to clean our room day of check out at 8am even though check out wasn’t until 10/11 and we had not checked out.

Why would Wyndham put their name on this property? Guess the club music pounding throughout the night, shaking the building was not the property’s fault but the “breakfast” is terrible and no way should have paid $184 for the night.
Paid for a King and I got 2 queens. TV did not work properly and iron board was broken

There are people living there making it pretty run down. Wasn't much for a breakfast either. Rooms were clean.

The front desk wasn't helpful with information. The key cards had to be reactivated twice during a 3 day stay. Housekeeping brought towels only. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the carpet wasn't vacuumed and the bed wasn't made during my stay.

If you don’t Olán in staying inside all day it might be ok, old furniture, no stopper for bath tube, spider, limited towels and blankets even with kids, breakfast also extremely small, only hot option was toast.

The owners and their family of this hotel are absolutely wonderful. I felt very safe here as a solo traveler. The downside of this hotel is at. It’s right by a very busy highway and the beds are very old so I did not sleep well while there.

The hotel was quiet and the staff was pleasant. The hotel needs some upgrades especially on the stairs leading up to the rooms on the second floor. The bathroom needs some extra scrub especially around the toilet and bathroom.

Multiple cracked paint locations. TV didn’t work. Hair dryer wouldn’t stay in its cradle. Room lamp wouldn’t turn on. Room needed major upgrading.

Hotel was fine. The staff wasnt very welcoming and everytime we went to the lobby there was a sign that they would return in 15 minutes. They should have a return time. 15 minutes from when?
The property needs to be updated It’s old The are newer nicer places close by I would not stay here again

Good service, clean and staff was friendly, house keeping was nice and attentive. The only Down side it was too noisy outside you can hear the freeway and the breakfast was just ok not much to choose from just a grab and go.
There were wires hanging from the ceiling where the smoke detectors was supposed to be. I alerted the front desk and was told a manager would come by my room…no one did.

The continental breakfast was OK. The muffins were brick hard no knives. There was what looked like ketsup sqirted on the ceiling in the room.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. I loved how quiet and comfortable the hotel was. The rooms were big and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I were staying in the Oceanside or Carlsbad area.

We intentionally chose this hotel because of it's proximity to family. It was affordable and pleasant for our quick little trip.
Room had roaches, unit somehow dirty. Speeding cars late at night and the sound of what it look like gun shots at 1am.

The old adage. You get what you pay for, Very noisy right next to the freeway, second floor is right at freeway level. Room and bathroom could be cleaner with a little effort.
No continental breakfast as listed, only coffee and hot water.
The staff was very helpful. As I was coming from out of the country. I had amazon items sent there, items I can not get in my country. Hey stored them until I arrived
