「The breakfast was amazing. The girl working the dining room was the most professional person we’ve had on a vacation. Walking distance to everything you need.」

Carpets in hallway were dirty with debris (not vacuumed), no clock in room, no ice or soda vending machines, not enough towels for a two day stay, sticky bathroom floor. No access of a cart to carry luggage and packages, terribly uncomfortable pillows and bed covers, long check in check out process (lines and only 2 desk clerks). 「This place was phenomenal. From the outside it looks a little scary, especially with the surrounding area but when you walk inside, it is really nice. They don’t offer complementary breakfast. But they do have a restaurant inside the building. We stayed in one of the rooms inside the building. I know there are some that are located outside the building. The one that we stayed in was gorgeous. Everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.」

「Room 163: the door does not lock. The toilet paper holder is dangling from the wall, which has small divots dug out of it. There is a bit of discoloration around the tub. The staff willingly gave us another room. Inside door latches/chains have been removed and painted over. 「I'm a traveling nurse and my phone was stolen at work the night before I had to renew my reservation. I was 1 hour late paying for my reservation cause I had to go in person to get money due to my phone being stolen and deposit it to pay the hotel. The staff was rude about the entire situation telling me I was banned from staying at any of their properties cause I had money issues.
