"Great front desk staff. Very friendly. Large clean guest room and comfortable beds. The Tiki bar is perfect for relaxing with a beverage overlooking the bay. "

"Check in area was tiny, smelled horrible and was dark with mirrored doors. The 1st (non smoking) room they gave us stunk so bad of smoke we had to move to another. The 2nd room was better for smell but stains on the bedspread and blood on the sheets. The bathroom had black mold in the caulking and hairs on toilet and tub. The vanity light did not work. The property needs to be redone! The staff person was nice. "

"Continental breakfast only served until 9am. Only hot items are oatmeal and coffee. No staff on site after 10pm. Just security guard. TV was very hard to hear at full volume the first night. The next day it was fine. Thought they had a volume control set for nighttime, but front desk said they don’t. Weird! Pool area and hot tub very nice! Hotel is being renovated due to flooding in 2025. Only 1 building is currently being used. "

"Good value for a hotel in Chrystal River. Room was upgraded well and clean. Bathroom was clean but could use minor calk replacement. Staff was super friendly and although not advertised, a continental breakfast was included. We would stay there again. "

"Classic Old Florida! 2 lines of rooms. All with kitchenettes, plenty of room to relax and move around. Wanted to try the spring fed pool, but we ran out of time! Ospreys circled the hotel each morning. Walking trail right behind rooms. Easy walking distance to downtown. Just a great place to stay😎💯"
