"I didn't realize when I signed up through Expedia that it wasn't the exact hotel that I expected. There are a lot of stairs. There isn't any elevator. There was only one person to allow you in at first and there would be no one there during the evening/nighttime hours. For meals, one had to walk several blocks to the main hotel (which is what I would have thought I was registering for.). We'd get a discounted rate for the continental breakfast, but because I need to be gluten-free not much on the menu was available for me. The room and the space was very comfortable, However, once my sleeper sofa was opened, one had to crawl over it to get around in the room such as to the bathroom. My daughter had a very accommodating room with her own bathroom which was nice."

"Our 3rd floor room was clean and bright despite not having a window, thanks to a skylight. All the staff were helpful and the breakfast in the resturant was tasty if a bit pricy. The biggest challenges were the lack of parking and the lack of a loading zone to provide a space to stop for loading and unloading luggage. The staff were very helpful carrying our luggage from available street parking spots. There is a free municipal lot 2 blocks away"

"Excellent value for the cost. The room was clean. Staff was responsive. Heat and air good. Parking excellent. It’s not fancy, but comfortable. Short drive to the theaters in Stratford. Quiet at night."
