「The property itself was very nice. We have stayed at this facility for many years. However, this time we ran across a concern as we were locked out of the indoor pool. We went outside on the patio to get some sun and were unable to get back in as the key swipe machine was gone. There were just wires hanging on the wall.My husband had to walk outside the entire facility and through rocks to get back in. When we mentioned this at the front desk, they said the assistant manager already knew about...

「There was only 1 chair in the room, I think 2 chairs or more would be nice. I would've liked glasses for water, there were 2 coffee cups, but no water cups. These are small inconveniences, over all the room was great!」

「We stayed after the concert, which was perfect and we were able to walk from our hotel to the theater, which is right next-door. The breakfast buffet is amazing which is included. Will definitely stay here in the future」

「This location smelled like a marijuana factory. One room completely had the toilet seat broken and they moved us up a floor. There was not a hairdryer, iron or in room coffee pot and the tv did not work. Luckily we had family near by and just used this place to sleep and shower. The room was dingy and it continued to smell like someone was smoking in the building. It can’t just be from outside smokers.」
