"Deluxe room was in overall good condition. However, the heating unit was dusty and each time the heat came on, it had a musty smell and caused me to cough. The shower water heater also had temperature control issues, with the water being just over lukewarm and never getting hot enough. "

"Really nice plenty of room and some shops and a very good restaurant right beside it over all very nice place to stay. "

"The rooms were clean and inviting and the grounds were properly maintained. It was in a safe area and close to everything you want to see and do in Shipshewana. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was so yummy! "

"There was garbage in the ice bucket, there was a pad in the Kleenex box, there were only 2 towels, when we asked for more the front desk lady was very rude and never brought us any. We had to go to the store and get some towels, the phone was broken and maintenance never came to look at it, the remote didn’t work for the tv. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work instead of water going in the cup it all came out of the bottom all over the counter. "

"The hotel clerk was rude. we got there early (and this has never happened before at other hotels) we were there 1 hour early so were charged a early check in fee. You could hear the people in the room next door walking around and whenever they flushed the toilet or took a shower you heard it. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. I figured waffles would be safe NOT they never got done doughy inside. They had gravy which was like white water. Fruit was rotten oranges and apple brown and soft. Never again will I stay there!"

"The room was great! nice size , comfortable bed, 2 recliners small refrigerator even a microwave; the only thing that wasn't good was that the heater kept coming on and off all night and was very loud Hard to get to sleep."

"The hotel is extremely grungy. Stained walls, built up dirt in corners of the bathroom, there were only 2 towels, shower head had good pressure but the nozzle was terrible. The only available outlet for charging with a cube was beside the sink. "
