"Pool and hot tub were broke I paid $200 for one night without access to the pool or bar area that has pool table none of this was compensated either. I think they should have gave us a partial refund. We came for the pool and they didn’t have one or offer any type of discount or refund. Sad because I went 5 years ago and it was much better."

"Multiple items not stocked, like coffee, especially had to ask for it every time. Had a very significant issue with a staff member, knowing they had my car key, and still I proceeded to break into my car and take Ubers and didn’t tell me that they had the car key or think to make the connection. Manager said that it was because the person from third didn’t put it on some group text, but it was still the fact that she literally watched me go in and out with an Uber, and break into my car, only to have had my car keys in her possession! I am due points or stays, but manager just made excuses"

"Found half ate cookies and some fruit loops under one of the beds. Other than that everything was a 3 star watering. Staff friendliness was a five star rateung"

"Shower head leaked all over and I had to fix it. No restaurants in the area worth talking about. Breakfast was terrible scrambled eggs, sausage that didn’t look like it or taste like it, food area is unsupervised which is why nobody knew there was a fire in the toaster, felt like I slept on a cloud the bed was so soft, and the cleaning staff doesn’t come everyday to give new towels and wash cloths unless you call and ask for them. "

"Refrigerator not working. In-room safe not working. I wanted to stay in the city center, thinking I could easily walk to some nice restaurants. The area is dying, with many stores and restaurants closed. I ended up ordering a salad at the hotel and ate in my room. I'd stay on the outskirts if I ever pass that way again. "
