"I had a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Beijing Wangfujing. A very special thank you to Zara Hu for her exceptional hospitality and service. She was incredibly responsive and helpful even before I checked in, which made me feel genuinely welcomed from the start. Throughout my stay, she consistently assisted me with recommendations, directions, and many thoughtful details that greatly enhanced my experience in Beijing. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm personality truly made a difference. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Yue Long from the concierge team. He was always extremely patient in assisting me with my delivery orders, whether from Taobao or Meituan. His friendliness, sense of humor, and willingness to help brightened my days and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself offers an elegant, relaxing, and comfortable atmosphere. My room was clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant to stay in. The location is also excellent for exploring Beijing. Thank you once again to Zara, Yue Long, and the entire team for making my stay such a memorable and enjoyable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"The hotel is located at a very convenient spot, walking distance to subway station, and many restaurant options. The staffs at the front desk were friendly. Although overall it was clean, the carpets showed signs of aging, and house keeping was sloppy. They didn’t vacuum the carpet for the first two days and only did so after I told the front desk. Shower cap and other toiletries were not replenished promptly, the bedding was not done properly. One of the towel had a big black spot on it. I left it it out to be cleaned, but the house keeping fold it and put it back on the shelf!"

"We stayed in a king suite with club room. The room was very spacious and clean and extremely comfortable. There is a lot of space in the wardrobe. The housekeeping staff even left us a small clothes line when they noticed we had tried to hand wash some clothing. All the staff were so accomodating and friendly. The breakfast in the club lounge and in the main restaurant was delicious. I really liked how in the club lounge there was an à la carte menu. The location is perfect with a nice Peking duck restaurant called da dong 200m away, many shops and food courts and cool bars. We will definitely come back! Our experience was 10/10."

"I’d like to commend Mia Dong at the front desk. She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to guide me through the app - from booking the train to helping me place a supper order via your food app when I had trouble signing in. Her willingness to help really made my stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, the staff and experience were excellent."
