The hotel is located at the centre of Beijing and easily accessible to may attractions. Below the hotel is a big mall with many options of food and shopping. The family room is spacious and clean. The concierge Devin is a very helpful guy and we will definitely book this hotel at our next visit

Their staffs are very helpful and friendly. One of the girl at the buffet goes above and beyond to help me sovle a problem. Room is very large and has a laudry machine, which is very helpful for young children. Excellent location walking to many shopping and restaurant. If I have to give one feedback, they could improve their coffee a bit at the breakfast. Overall is excellent stays and will come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the experience even more memorable. The room was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful view, making it a great space to relax in. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the club lounge access was a great added perk. The location is also fantastic — there’s direct access to the mall, and it’s just a short walk to Wangfujing, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would happily return!

Check in was extremely quick, the entrance is a little bit chaotic sometimes, because of didi and taxis. The bar has good drinks, breakfast has a great variety of food. All the staff we encountered was helpful and friendly. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the main building and it was great, clean , it had a washer/dryer machine . The furniture was slightly outdated but not a big deal. The restaurant made in china was also amazing. Overall Great hotel!

Great location, spacious room, lovely bathroom with an excellent shower and good pressure. The pool was amazing though we didn’t use it just had a peek. This is a very large hotel with access to a huge shopping area beneath. Staff were friendly, the bar area at reception served a small choice of food which was excellent, even served warm milk with a lovely coffee. The restaurant was also very good, comfortable with good menu choices. Would stay again if in Beijing.

We stayed here for two nights during the summer and it was a pretty good experience. Let’s start by saying the rooms are a bit dated but they did renovate the lobby to be more modern. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was one of my favorites of the most of the hotels I’ve stayed at. The hotel is located in the city center where you can find numerous modes of transportation to many popular spots.

Great place to stay in the center of Beijing. Adjacent to Wangfujing and connected to a shopping mall with many options to shop and eat. A few min walk to subway. Excellent service from concierge (Cecilia). Great breakfast. Highly recommend.
