"Breakfast was very good, and went to 11:00 am for convenience. The pool looked nice but was still locked in mid May. The highlight is the fast flowing river out your back patio—super cool. You can also walk downtown or take the free trolley. Driving/parking in Gatlinburg can be a challenge, though some restaurants have free parking if dining there."

"Breakfast was not ready at 7:12am on our first day. I asked where utensils were for the eggs, worker from front desk took way too long to obtain them. I’m guessing he was covering someone who was late?? Either way, the waffle station was not ready either. No cooking spray (needed for waffle iron), no mess tray below the waffle irons, none of the irons seemed to be working for some reason (they worked on other days when we ate breakfast later). I made a mess and waffle was barely cooked correctly with 0 help from staff. The coffee is really, really bad. Rooms were barely cleaned everyday. Just the bare min was done which is fine. If you want a hotel for a good price this place is it. It was clean enough, quiet and very convenient. We saw bears outside the parking garage. Don’t expect breakfast being ready at 7! "

"Room was clean but the jet tub had tons of black flecks when it was turned on. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Parking and getting around was extremely confusing, and overall everything is very outdated. However, they just got bought by a new company and the dedication to renovations is already showing. This will likely be a great property in a year or two. Right now it's great for the price, but there's definitely better available. The staff were super nice though we got roped into a timeshare presentation at check in, but at least the perks for listening to the presentation were real and actually nice."
