The room was very clean and towels were replaced and the bed made daily but only bathroom garbage was removed, not the garbage in the room and it seemed that the promised cleaning after two nights did not take place so no cups cleaned or tea replaced. The breakfast was good with an offer of made to order eggs daily....

"Overpriced for poor service. Very limited overpriced menu, small breakfast dishes, and dinner menus were limited with few good choices, unless you like fancy small unfamiliar food. No coffee at the room, very noisy at the room, could hear snoring at the next room, no elevator and for a price that didn’t fit the expectations."

"Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Residence Lichtenvoorde verbracht. Die Anlage ist ruhig und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht an Infrastruktur. Es ist nur schade, dass der Park nicht groß genug ist für einen Brötchenservice oder ein Restaurant mit Frühstücksangebot. Allerdings war das Besteck bei Ankunft nicht sauber und man sollte die Silikonfugen im Bad mal erneuern. Das ist ein Aufwand von 1-2 Stunden und alle paar Jahre einfach notwendig. "

Insgesamt empfehlenswert, große saubere Zimmer und das Frühstück war wieder sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig bei einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Und der Service war sehr gut, die Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. "
