Petit hôtel familial, avec très peu de chambres moins d’une dizaine. Parking gratuit à disposition. Par contre attention pas de réception c’est un self Check in avec une machine est le numéro de réservation hôtel.com n’était pas reconnu donc impossible de percevoir la clé numérique jusqu’à ce qu’une personne travaillant pour l’hôtel puisse m’aider à m’enregistrer. Également pas de PDJ uniquement une machine à café à disposition dans le couloir ou une bouilloire dans la chambre. Sinon ma chambre etait spacieuse et propre

Wir waren zu zweit auf der Durchreise über Nacht in Xanten und übernachteten im Xotel. Über die Informationen und Bewertungen auf Expedia hatten wir bereits davon gelesen, dass es hier keine Rezeption gibt, sondern man am Check-In-Automaten ab 14 Uhr einchecken kann, und auch, dass es dabei manchmal Probleme gibt. Wir waren nach 14 Uhr da und gaben mehrmals die Buchungsnummer von Expedia ein - unbekannt. Bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer erreichten wir erst keinen, wurden aber umgehend zurückgerufen. Es gibt wohl öfter Probleme mit den Expedia-Buchungsnummern. Wir bekamen ein Passwort, und dann klappte alles. Wir zahlten das Zimmer mit Karte und bekamen unsere Schlüsselkarten. Unser Zimmer war im 1. Stock, die eher enge Treppe war mit dem Koffer etwas mühsam zu bewältigen. Das Zimmer war groß genug und hell. Die Betten waren bequem, die Kissen okay. Im Zimmer gab es genügend Ablagefläche und einen Wasserkocher für Tee. Das Bad war klein und mit Milchglas-Schiebetür abgetrennt, das Waschbecken selbst befand sich im Zimmer. Für nächtliches Klogehen ist dies nicht ideal für den Schlaf des anderen... Kostenlose Parkplätze befinden sich auf dem Grundstück. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, zum Archäologischen Park läuft man etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten. Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Hôtel sympa

Hôtel très bien situé et près de la vieille ville. Chambre no 3 super avec sa petite terrasse privée. Check-in à faire seul mais assez simple si comme nous vous rencontrez un petit problème un coup de fil et les propriétaires sont là dans les minutes qui suivent. Nous avons eu la chance que la propriétaire très sympathique était là ce moment là cela nous a beaucoup aidé.

Keine guter Eindruck

Das Zimmer war klein, direkt am Eingang und somit laut, unglaublich schmutziger Boden(!), Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer, Handtuchhalter kam mir entgegen als ich ihn kaum berührt habe. Zimmer ist zweckmäßig zum schlafen- ein Aufhalten ist eher weniger angenehm. Boden war so dreckig das dieser von mir erstmal mit einem Handtuch gewischt wurde. Ich habe 3 Nächte gebucht und nach ersten das Hotel verlassen - da hier auch keine Rezeption existiert ist auch niemand da bei dem man sich persönlich beschweren könnte. Die einzig positiven Punkte waren das WLAN und die große Terrasse.
