"Clean room, but a little rundown; door stuck, light out, no TV remote. Pool area hadn't been cleaned; leaves in pool and around deck, hot tub empty. Staff was friendly and helpful, slept well, comfortable bed. "

"Rooms are only cleaned every other day, but the room is only provided with one day's supplies of toiletries, towels, and coffee. Not knowing this was a big surprise to us when we returned from our day's activities and the bed wasn't made, we were also out of soap, shampoo, coffee, and clean towels The staff was really friendly about providing everthing we needed on request.But for the $173/nt room, daily cleaning should be included. We were also surprised that the coffee shop was closed as well as the 'Hotel' bar. On the upside, the pool, hot tub and fire pits were unVegas-like (which we liked), and the casino was state-of-the-art and absoultely huge. Joining the Diamond Club gets you $20 free slot play and a $10 food voucher, which we used for breakfast in the food court. "

"The room was perfect. The event we came to town for was cancelled at the last minute and had it not been for cute room we booked at the hotel the trip would have been a total bust."

"If you are ever assigned a ground floor room, make sure the sliding glass door actually locks. Ours did not and the front desk guy told me the bar should be sufficient. No. You don’t ever say that to 2 women staying in a room that is unsafe because the door doesn’t lock. Do better. "

"This is a boutique hotel. It's an old property with a lot of unique charm. They give you a map when you check in and circle the room location. On the back it says what numbers to call from your room for certain services. Too bad my room didn't have a phone. :-/ We did find our way to the restaurant and discuvered an absolute gem! The service and food were amazing and the prices were fair. They even had liver entertainment starting at 6 PM."

"Cute place. Good amenities- breakfast, affordable items in the main area, arcade games were fun. Feels secure with the gates around the property. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Pool towels were elusive and scarce. Centrally located in Tucson. Overall, good stay. "
