"We had a great stay. Customer service was excellent and the property and the view from it are beautiful. Petro at the front desk and Alberto at the pool both gave us excellent service. Only suggestion would be to add coffee machines in the room but other then that, I would rate the experience a ten out of ten. We would definitely come back again."

"We had a great stay, we were in room 402 on the 4th floor with gorgeous views over the lake, the bathroom also had it's own balcony, arguably the best room in the hotel. Perfect location, great breakfast and the use of the lido is also a great bonus! Note the pool is off-site about a 7 min walk away. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
