I felt like we booked a room I literally in paradise. All the staff were welcoming and kind. Margarita went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and a wonderful memory that we will never forget. The breakfast was fabulous, too. I really can not say enough about this enchanting property in Gardone Riviera!

Very exquisite older property. The grounds are lovely. The breakfast is done very well. Had a bit of a challenge with the air conditioning. It was either freezing or off- couldn't find any happy medium. Beautiful old building.

This is a lovely traditional Italian hotel. The staff is great, incredibly helpful and nice. The pool and landscaping are beautiful. Excellent breakfast! Only minor complaint: The showers could be improved - we had 2 different rooms and neither had a shower that functioned really well. We plan to return to Villa Sofia.

Hotel located in a historic villa in a stunning location overlooking the lake and convenient parking. Beautiful swimming pool and common areas. However, the rooms are a little too dated, the furnishings old and not too comfortable (see TV position). For the hotel's name and standard, it lacks a proper bar and a really good room. Excellent breakfast and in general great kindness from all the staff

My sister and i had a very nice room with a fantastic virw. My brother was not so lucky. He said his room was very old and balcony had a view of trees.

Nice little hotel. Our room was very warm and we could not turn on the air conditioning - it had just been turned off for the change of the season. So we sweated in the room. The offer a breakfast that is very good with lots of options. The gentleman servicing us was very nice! We tried to order a drink off the bar menu but the woman running the bar would not do it. Confusing since it's on the menu! There is a very nice pool and on the roof a hot tub. The only thing we didn't like was the rug in the elevator smelled like mauldy socks.

Good Mini Hotel

Very nice little hotel in the pleasant area of Gardone Riviera, on Lake Garda. A short stroll from the water's edge and the main restaurants etc of the town. Staff very friendly and welcoming and the hotel itself was very nice, both externally and internally. Great little pool and pleasant gardens to the front. Breakfast was of a good quality with plenty to choose from and as much coffee and tea as you wished. If it's hot breakfast you're after, you're very limited to "scrambled eggs" though they were a little congealed for me with perhaps bacon or sausages, though the cold options were extensive and always fresh. Top tip was a local water fountain in the car park just across the road - even had fizzy water on one of the three taps! You'd see locals constantly coming with their own bottles to fill up, rather than buy it from the supermarkets! Shame a few kids arrived and left during our week there, but most were civilised! Don't forget the 0.75 euro charge/tax per person per day, but I'm guessing they all have this!

Vi var der for 6 år siden og det ser ikke ud til der har været lavet nogen form for vedligehold siden. Sengene var ganske elendige. Morgenmaden var heller ikke så god mere. Til gengæld så var personalet stadig helt i top.

Perfekter Service, beste Lage und schönes Ambiente

Ich gebe gerne volle 5 Sterne. Das Hotel liegt wunderschön, abseits des Massentourismus für wirkliche Liebhaber des Gardasees. Sehr gepflegtes Ambiente mit überschaubarer Zimmerzahl, großen Zimmern und perfekter Sauberkeit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Sehr selten heutzutage. Hier fühlt man sich umsorgt und bestens betreut. Herzlichen Dank für den erholsamen Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder
