"Positives first. Clean, quiet room and the gal serving the breakfast was very sweet. Unfortunately that's about it. The booking description is deceptive. I booked a standard king. In the description it states furnished patio. All the pictures in the gallery show lovely patios with two chairs under pine trees. Well, that is not what you get with a standard room. We had one chair with holes on an upstairs deck overlooking the parking lot. The property is dated, there were holes in the bathroom wall where something must have been removed. The pool was nice, but lots of chipped tile at the waterline. Finally, this morning we woke ready for a nice shower before hitting the road. Nope! Cold water, ran the faucet for quite awhile, it never warmed up. Then I went to use the phone to call the front desk... The phone didn't work either. I believe the gal at the desk said I was getting a 20% discount for the inconvenience, not enough as far as I'm concerned. I'm attaching photos of my "furnished patio.'"
