Absolutely disgusting. Our first room was filled with unidentified stains all over, massive chunks of body hairs and cigarettes in the toilet. The second room we were transferred too actually had another guest in it. The third room we were transferred too smelled like an ashtray. Cigarettes all over with a broken sink. DO NOT stay here. We left instantly and stayed at the hotel down the road instead.

Staff were nice. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. Bathroom sink had a big crack through it. Ice machine was out of order. I wasn’t impressed and will not book to stay there again.

The staff is exceptional and knowledgeable. The rooms are extremely clean and the color schemes in the rooms is BEAUTIFUL and inviting. The only thing I wish would have been available were extra pillows as the room pillows are a bit flat. I was told that they didn't have any additional pillows to honor my request for extra pillows. The stay was exceptional and I'm happy to share my referral to others should they be looking for a room to stay in with Red Roof Inn & Suites. I will also be staying again soon though will remember to bring my own pillows next time. Thank you for a pleasant experience with your beautiful hotel.

Housekeeping practices are atrocious
The first room had not been made up from the last guest, but yet they showed that it was ready for use. They switched me to another cheaper room which the beds were made up. However, the carpet had not been vacuumed, the floor had not been swept, the shower had a razor from the last guest. In addition, the tub in the sink both had hair from the last guest and the sink had spots from looked like coffee. From a housekeeping standpoint, absolutely disgusting.

I found two bed bugs in my room. The night staff person let me change rooms. In the morning I told the two other people at the front desk that I had found bed bugs in my room and they didn't seem to care. I requested a refund through Expedia but they didn't give a refund. Aside from the bed bugs, the hotel was dirty including the floor, carpets, and tables. The shower had ground in dirt. The bed was fine. Pets are allowed. My first room smelled like wet dog which was gross. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway.

Staff ade awesome here, but there were issues with the hotel toilets not flushing causing our room to smell awful, and there was a guy with a jackhammer tearing out an inground pool who was not only the reason for me not getting any sleep while working midnight shift, but also the reason toilets werent flushing do to him hitting a sewer line (at least that is the rumor). Stagfare so courteous and polite though, and try their best to be accommodating to each individual's needs who stay there. Big thanks to all of you working at the redroof inn! Troy Raney

The service was horrible, the room was gross the beds were basically just queen sized cots and there were cobwebs everywhere and cigarette burns in the walls, we didn’t even stay we checked in and got to our room after already not feeling safe then the room was gross and there was no way we could have stayed the night, I was convinced someone was going to break into my room.

On my second night I found a bed bug in my room. The young man at the front desk let me switch rooms. He was very kind and compassionate, however the other employees during the daytime were very rude in all our interactions. Overall the rooms were grimy, the surfaces and floors looked dirty and the shower had ground-in dirt on the floor. They allow pets so it smelled like a stinky dog in my room. I asked for a refund because of the bed bug I found, but the hotel refused. I would not wish my worst enemy to stay there.

Before I was able to check in, I had to wait for the desk clerk to finish her cigarette break with her friends outside. And then, until her shift ended at 11 PM, she had friends in the lobby, and they were all sharing profanity and talking very loudly. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
