「When housekeeping went in and out of rooms, they let the doors slam shut as they went in and out. It was really irritating, especially since it was somewhat early in the morning (9:00-ish).」

「We have stayed at the Rib Mountain Inn for many years. The rooms are great, with a full kitchen and fireplace. The location next to Granite Peak ski makes it a short walk to the slopes. With the new reservation format, there is no service, we requested more towels and papertowels and never got a response. The sauna and outdoor hot tub are out of service(skiers like hot tubs). We did not see any location staff while we were at the inn.」

「Breakfast was nice and seemed fresh. Pool was dirty and so was the hot tub. Room seemed clean besides the sink that wouldn’t drain properly until I “fixed” it myself. Worst part about the experience was the cleaning staff. They walked in our room 1 hour before our check out to ask if we were leaving. We told them soon. 15 minutes later I walked out to my car to pack bags and walked right back into our room. Before I walked in, again, he asked if were leaving and I said soon once more. 5 minutes...

「Friendly staff, clean hotel, hot breakfast included, there was no restaurant/bar when we stayed and there is no pool or hot tub, so we were kind of bored. It’s a nice hotel though. 」

「King room was very nice and clean and fresh smelling and looking. The hardwood flooring in the room makes it feel a lot cleaner than old carpeting. The breakfast was very basic. The front desk staff wreaked of cigarette smoke which was off putting but they were friendly enough. 」
