"Nice place to stay"

"The room was clean and while not new or fancy, was adequate for the price paid. I noticed that several of the outside doors (door leading into 3rd floor via stairs floor example) didn’t latch completely so they could be accessed from the outside without a keycard. The property seemed run-down and smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana."
