「The Doorman had a very comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom, air con and lovely balcony. Despite being in the city centre it was very quiet at night. The only issue, I was never sent access instructions and had to phone up! But I would definitely stay again. 」

「This apartment may not be suitable for Asians as there is no air-conditioning and it is rather hot in summer.Also. the apartmemt is in front of a tram stop, it is noisy throughout the night and I didn't have a good sleep.The area has many restaurants and this makes the place noisy and dirty. With the windows open, I could hear people talking downstairs in midnight and I didnt have a quiet place to take a good rest. It is also difficult to contact staff for assistance as they will not give you a...

「Overall it was good experience. But there is no reception. Check in was terrible. Waiting lot of time infront of the front door, then again lot time infront of the room door. Finally after Al transfer me to the supporting team the issue was resolved. 」

「Excellent experience. The room is spacious and super clean. I like the little kitchen there so I could cook simple meals. Wifi worked well. The breakfast is great even though only cold food is served. Really enjoyed my stay there. Location also great.」

「When we arrived, the code was not working in the room that we booked. We sent a message to the support team and they helped to solve the problem fast. The room was clean and comfortable. Since the hotel was close the central main station, there were a lot of drug user. so we were concerned to walk at night.」

「A localização é muito boa pois está ao lado da estação de trem. porém como toda região central, a noite, vemos muitas pessoas na rua, consumindo bebidas e drogas... e o hotel está numa marquise onde pessoas de rua costumam se abrigar a noite. O acesso por senha pra entrar foi bem fácil, tem um mercado ao lado, o quarto é bem confortável. Cama boa, chuveiro bom. Realmente atendeu nossas expectativas. A área é bem barulhenta e a noite toda ouvimos sirene de ambulância. 」
