Found hairs that were not ours when we lifted up the pillows and blankets, which was really gross. Floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a long time. Really noisy and hot rooms. AMERON Köln Hotel Regent
Our stay in the Ameron was very pleasant as always. We had a small problem with the air conditioning which was never quite resolved but we're very fond of this hotel and the area in which it's located
