We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming. "Had a lovely two night stay at this property. The room was excellent with a view of the extensive well kept tidy garden. Check in was easy via a touch screen inside the property. A coffee machine and a selection of teas are available in the shared kitchen, which provided all the necessary equipment to cook meals including dishwashers. Small donation requested for tea and coffee. Alcohol and a small selection of snacks also available via a cash payment system. Lots of restaurants and winery’s nearby, some not open. Lovely bakers less than 100m away. Looking forward to booking again in the future. "

"We enjoyed our stay for three nights in Alte Mühle very much. We were given an upgraded, very large studio suite. Breakfast buffet was very nice, all of their personnel were lovely and helpful. Bad Bertrich is a quiet village with restaurants and a rather close drive to Beilstein, Cochem and Bernkastel-Kues. "
