We were nine women traveling together, and the apartment was spacious with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was plenty of space and all necessary kitchen equipment was available. It’s located right in the city center, within walking distance to most places. Unfortunately, there was some dampness in the rooms. The staircase up to the apartment had a strong, unpleasant smell, so we had to hurry through it. No elevator. Great place to stay for a few days, but perhaps not ideal for a longer stay. Overall a nice apartment :)

This property is right on Rainbow Road and close walking distance to all the nearby shops and food places. The apartment was clean. It does get loud at night since the bar scenes are right around the corner. You can park really close by. Other than that, it was a very nice location to stay.

Very central location, but if staying on a Friday or Saturday night, expect party/bar noises all night. The place itself was okay. Building needs some work and/or cleaning. Some issues could be easily addressed. Kitchen faucet was about to fall off the counter, the shower barely drained and puddled water with a minute, and the water reeked of strong sulfur, making it virtually undrinkable. Otherwise, proximity to attractions was excellent.

Perfectly located in the capital, lots of grocery options, souvenir shops nearby. Good space to share for 3 people, only down side is that the water from taps smelled obnoxious, be it the toilets or kitchen sink, it all smell really bad and not suitable for drinking.

Directions to get in to the apartment were a little confusing bc of the similar sounding names of the rooms and the door code/key situation. But otherwise, very clean and nice place to stay in a central location of Reykjavik. Plenty of space and had everything needed to make it feel comfortable.

Excellent location for downtown shopping. The rainbow road is just outside the door. The condo was clean and stocked. Definitely some street noise, but that’s to be expected from the location. It was pretty warm inside and difficult to cool down.
