"In the last few years alone, I have averaged 150 nights in hotels per year. This 2026 stay was my worst hotel experience since a Travelodge in Missouri back in 2008. The guy at the front desk seemed annoyed if not condescending by simple questions about the amenities or the issues I had with the room. I was told this was the best the area had to offer. I would hate to see the worst. I will start off with the good - The bathroom was actually nice with plenty of hot water and the room was for the most part clean, although hard to really tell as the provided lighting was very dim and there was LITTLE TO NO NATURAL LIGHT. Why? - Because the 2nd floor room only had narrow cellar style windows against the ceiling (maybe coming down a foot or so). I could only reach the light switches by getting out of bed and standing up. The TV (every channel) was pixelated and froze. The bed was worse than the last Motel 6 I had stayed in and even though it was 40 outside, the room was so hot I had turn the AC all the way just to be able to sleep. The guy at the front desk actually told me it was the worst room in the hotel. I asked him to move me but he said they were full (lot of parking for a full hotel). I sent comments to the manager but got no reply. I was told breakfast was at 6:30am. The 2nd morning I went at 6:50 and was told I couldn't be in there because they weren't going to start THAT day until 7:00. I'd hate enough so I left. Would recommend to someone I don't like."
