"The staff was really helpful. The battery in the thermostat ran out - they came to change it in 10 minutes. I asked one chambermaid to empty my garbage cans even though my room was not part of the rooms she had to clean - she did it with a smile. The pool is great and is open until 11 pm, later than most hotels - I really appreciate that."
