"My stay was amazing staff was super friendly. checking in was super easy. Only complaint was that I only had one shower towel."

"Rooms updated and clean. Easy kiosk checking. Restaurant choices and food quality very good However at check out, front desk claimed I had a bill from a restaurant. I did eat there one night, but friend paid on his card. Drank and paid cash other time. They were being difficult and I told them I’d dispute with CC company they were not understanding Overall still the best value in Reno"

"Love the suites here! We will definitely be back. All staff is so friendly and helpful. The only negative I would say is that it needs some matience and updating. Other then that its great."

"This property has not kept up with the times - although it tries.Value is not there and everything feels dated. The room was okay but the noise - almost 24 hours a day - was not good (motorcycles non-stop reverberated a LOT of noise)."

"Not bad for 1 overnight but walls are paper thin. I heard another guest sneezing from 2 doors down. The noise on the streets was horrible. "

"Room was nice. No elevator, only stairs and all rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor. Terrible sketchy neighborhood. Bartenders were helpful, especially Jess, as there’s no front desk or luggage assistance."
