We had a really nice time and really like the location. Upon arrival they did put us in a room with two double beds. We went back to the desk and showed them our reservations of a king bed and they relocated us promptly. I like how close this is to restaurants and other casinos. Very enjoyable and nice room.

The room was clean, well laid out, & the staff were super helpful. Loved the shuttle to the airport and that they also offered free parking! If we come back to Reno, we’ll definitely come back. Especially love that they offered rooms with a bathtub. After a long day of hiking, that’s a great perk!

I loved the convenience of the ElDorado property. We were able to seamlessly pass from El Dorado to Silver Legacy and Circus Circus as if we were in one building. T th he bakery area next to the elevator offered so many delicious treats. I recommend you try the carrot cake.

Everything was absolutely great, except for the WiFi connectivity, which was poor at best.

Good hotel if you want to be in downtown or there for the casino. Generally, clean. Big size of the hotel can be confusing to find elevator/escalators. Each tower has designated elevators. Elevator from casino only goes up to the lobby level. Food relatively high priced. Minimum amenities in the room. Loud music or noises from the street level can be heard from rooms even after midnight.

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and clean and the hotel was in a great location for places I was going. The staff was really nice and everything I needed was available during my stay. I would recommend this place for a Reno visit.
