Very friendly staff and the facilities are very clean. Nice rooms.

Joanne at front desk the am of my check out went out of her way to give directions and followed up by printing out the directions and seeking me out to make sure I had the print out and answer any questions. That's service above and beyond. The facilities are clean and comfortable and breakfast is included in the daily rate. A very good value in my opinion.

Great experience. The breakfast was delicious too

I haven't stay in a holiday in for a long time. Last time experience wasn't too good. But this time was different. We came ro PA for a train ride and the other hotels on the area was booked or too expensive. We checked the reviews for this hotel and we decided to give it a try. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were confort. The kids loved the pancake maker and the coffee was very good...We would come back for sure.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The owner, Alyson, was there each morning to greet us with coffee and tea, as well as wonderful breakfast options. My wife had the same thing, salmon/spinach omelette, each morning. She loved it that much. Fresh fruit and homemade bread completed the plate. There are many other options as well. If you are looking for a nice clean place just to sleep for the night, this is the place to go to. My boyfriend and I were going to Hershey Park the next day and didn't want to pay $400 for a hotel in Hershey, so we picked The Knights Inn. Its about 30 min from the park. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very surprised that for the price of $100 we got a microwave and a refrigerator. This was great because we were able to store our lunch meat and make sandwiches for the...
