「There is a nightclub Nextdoor.. got waked up at 6:00 am in the morning with hundreds of crazy teens gathering and wandering and shouting on the streets in front of my window. They should really inform customers of this situation while booking. Also consider doing some serious renovation for noise proof installations. 」

「Honestly, not worth the price. Con’s: First of all we booked our stay for the middle/end of March, and the hotel had the heat on full blast. When we asked about being able to change our room tempt, they told us the hotel was in winter mode and there was nothing they could do for us. the window opens 4 inches… and that was their solution. Secondly, the shower is not cleaned, at all. Perhaps they assume the tile will hide the dirt and customers won’t see but the scum and filament in the shower is...

「Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. On the positive side, public areas are clean and up-to-date and the staff are pleasant. The amount charged...
