"After a 13 hour trip, we arrived at a place that was overbooked. An alternative hotel was offered 3 km up the hills, so clearly not a 'walk to the beach' anymore. Hotel staff was OK, but young. Manager on the phone did not talk to us, but to the girl instead. We were offered dinner as a compensation, but we had to stay elsewhere.
