「What a lovely location although there are multiple suites and rooms, from the majority of vistas they are all nestled within the land and discrete. There were issues with the room but we were kindly offered alternatives. Breakfast was included and you couldn't eat enough. The grounds were impressively level given the graduated levels of Maderia's landscape.」

The whole place is clean, well staffed and the level of service is impeccable. The spa facilities were amongst the best we have ever visited. The breakfasts set you up for the day and the atmosphere feels relaxed all the time. Rooms are well apointed and always spotless. 「Great location with grocery shopping and other stores, restaurants within walking distance. The room was spotless and the view was very pleasant. The room service was very efficient and arrived quickly. I think the could have used a clock so that when you woke up in the night you knew what time it was and also the hair dryer kept turning off. That was very inconvenient. The front desk staff assisted me with all of my tours and answered all of my questions. All in all it was a very good...

「We love Porto Mare and have stayed a few times before. The facilities are great and the staff are very welcoming! The breakfast buffet is the BEST! This time we bought the three dinners at Atlantida restaurant, all of which we fab but the fish and seafood night was the highlight! Our room was clean and had a lovely view over the gardens We’ll be back in 2026 :)」
