Excellent location , right by the ocean. Staff were helpful , but there were times the office was locked , but the on call person came quickly to help when we needed some help. There is no elevator and there are three levels - this is the biggest flaw

Hotel Wave Rehoboth Beach
My room was ground level with a street light right outside. The room did not have a blackout curtain, just the sheer one. I made 2 complaints, and we were not offered a new room now was the problem solved. The room was also visibly dirty.
