All around great place to stay when visiting Rehoboth beach. Close to the boardwalk and also to shopping and dining. Excellent buffet breakfast, wine and cheese afternoon hour plus fresh cookies in the evening. The property itself is modern and clean. The best place by far we have stayed on our east coast road trip.

We went in off season for my mom’s birthday and it was wonderful!! I can’t review how it is on season but I’m excited to book another trip on season when the weather is nicer because our stay was wonderful. Amazing front desk staff, super clean rooms, wine and cheese at night and then cookies to follow. We left very happy and are recommending this hotel to everyone we know!

We stay in Rehoboth Beach several times a year and this is by far our favorite place to stay. Definitely a casual yet upscale hotel with nice touches such as complimentary wine and cheese happy hour. Hotel is in a great walkable location only blocks from the boardwalk. Blue Hen restaurant on the property is also excellent. Can't go wrong staying here!

They allow you to park after 12 pm of your check in in there lot. The breakfast was good. Every day they had something new on the buffet. The property was very clean and a lot of activities and amenities. Also, the property isn’t a very good location. I would recommend staying here

Our stay was wonderful! They keep the indoor pool to a comfortable temperature, and relaxing in the hot tub was really nice. The location is great in the heart of Rehoboth. Shout out to Ashley at the front desk, very friendly and had excellent customer service

Cute little spa hotel. Just note if you book the Avenue II, it's in a separate building with no elevators. Climbing 3 flights of stairs with a suitcase wasn't fun. You have to walk outside to get to the main hotel for breakfast, the pool, the wine & cheese and nightly cookies. Even though this wasn't clear in the initial booking, our 2 day stay was phenomenal! It smells great, we enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and steam room. Can't wait to revisit!

We have been to the Avenue many times and always have had a wonderful experience. I would’ve given a five out of five star rating this time around; however, there was an issue with our check-in. I was overcharged for the room, and the hotel didn’t initially give me the rate that I booked the room through Expedia. I was glad that I checked my booking on Expedia to confirm that they had the incorrect charge for the room, otherwise I would’ve been out $50. Aside from this hiccup in the beginning of our stay, the hotel always lives up to its expectations. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and the wine and cheese, warm cookies and breakfast are always a delight!

The stay was fine & our room is good. The only pet peeve I have is that during breakfast, no matter what time we came in to the dining room, the entire back row of tables had the chairs up on the tables. We thought that was a bit rude and unsightly as well. As if they wanted no one to sit there to avoid having to clean up the back row. If there were actual reasons, they could have just put signs up that say “please don’t sit here because ….” That would be fine.
