  • Last night we went to a Taoist Temple in Taipei. You can see in the close up picture of people praying how they receive and answer immediately from the prayers. After kneeling and bowing, you throw two "stones" onto the floor. They are both crescent shaped with a sun and a moon side. If they end up both on one side, the answer is NO. If they end up both on the other side, the answer is maybe, or not enough information. If the end up like a ying and a yang, then the answer is YES. I took a moment to pray, asked my question and got a ying and a yang out of the throw. The belief is, that the result comes from within your own heart.

We stayed in the City Room#8 for three nights. Very homey and comfortable, more than enough space for three adults, great amenities, bunch of free snacks and drinks which they refill every day. Clean sheets, Clean towels, This room doesn’t have windows, and you can not flush toilet papers, but it didn’t bother much as we got used to. Great staffs, very friendly and speak good English. I would stay in this hotel again for my next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the check-in was easy and the room clean. The cats are kept in a separate room at the entrancd so even though one of us had an allergy against cats we could enjoy watching them play through the glass. Only downside was that our room had no window, however, it was quiet and comfortable

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately our room didn’t have an open window so it was difficult to tell the time of day without any natural light. Other rooms do have windows so I wish this was known ahead of time. While we were there, a big earthquake in Taiwan hit. Since we were in the 11th floor, the building swayed quite a bit. Fortunately nothing bad happened and we continued our stay. It was very comfortable and easy to fall asleep on the quality bed and pillow.

舒服的住宿

這次住10號 曼徹斯特 四人房，真的太舒服了😘 空間很大，在房間裡面還可以跨步走路，浴室乾濕分離，兩個洗手槽很實用。 因為這次住三個晚上，每天都會補上小零食，小飲料…真的很貼心❤️ 地點也很好，還有可愛的貓可以欣賞 非常推薦喔！下次去台北一定會在訂房❤️
