It's off season, the staff was friendly and accommodating. No issue with parking because I do not think there were too many guests (mid-week, off season). The room was very comfortable, and clean. We stay here often. Very close to "downtown", and two blocks off boardwalk/beach.

The Avenue Inn and Spa
This place is a gem. We have been here in the past and will keep coming back! The reason I removed a star is because I got some type of food poisoning - the only thing it could have been was from the wine and cheese hour. The cheese was left out and I’m assuming the many hands reaching for the cheese ...

Brighton Suites Hotel
Parking is very tight!!! Room was very clean. Other than a glitch with the programming of the room card, we really had no reason to interact with the staff. AC & heat work wonderfully and was very quiet.
