「Need bathroom lock 」

「Property is not as show in the photos. Property was very run-down, doesn't feel clean, room didn't even have a hairdryer. Front desk staff were nice but didn't speak very good English. Expedia said breakfast included but it's not. You must purchase breakfast from the janky "Starbucks" in the lobby -- would have been $60 for myself and my 2 kids to have some egg bites. Ridiculous. The 2 female staff members at the Starbucks were also rude and acted like we inconvenienced them. Definitely will...

「Pool was disgusting, rooms looked nice until you start noticing the weird stains on the walls, trash stuffed behind the tv stand, and the spiders hiding in the bathroom. First night was pretty good, second night the power went out for an hour at midnight and fire alarms kept going off so we didnt get much sleep. Would have to say the breakfast buffet made it worth it. Everything was delicious except the soggy eggs. 」

「Stayed at this same hotel the year prior and enjoyed it but it has gone completely downhill since then. Air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 95 out the day we were there. Hotel staff came up to the room, confirmed it didn't work and asked if we could "deal with it". I told them no and we wanted a new room. The said the hotel was full and there were no other rooms. There was no manager on duty that weekend but we were told the manager would contact us the following Monday. 10...

「Had to change from the first room as it smelled terrible. The second one offered was somehow better. The toilet kept leaking into the bowl and this will make the water to be constantly running. The refrigerator was broken and I didn’t notice right away. I notice when all my food spoiled. To make matter more annoying and inconvenient my key card kept getting deactivated EVERY DAY of my stay. Thankfully the staff was very nice and apologetic and helpful but I will not be staying here again 」

「Friendly staff, nice lobby and bar, comfortable beds, clean rooms. However, cheap pine painted furniture....desk, luggage bench and coffee bar...paint was worn off and chipped which made a nice room look worn like new furniture was needed」
