"Came in for golden retriever festivities and was given a beautiful large balcony room which overlooked all of Main Street. It was a fabulous stay "

"Had to ask multiple times for toilet paper and the coffee was never refilled. Charged for parking. The snacks and drinks at the desk were much higher than most places."

"This hotel was not one I’d recommend ever again. The ice machine was down, the pool was down and we were told we could use the one next door when we went it smelled really bad. Quickly leaving. Both owned by the same person. Our room was clean but there was several preexisting damages we had to report. We had the jacuzzi but it was missing one of the knobs so it was really loud and the plug for the tub was broken. Requested a fix twice it was the only reason we were staying there. No-one could fix it. And then today at checkout the front desk (older man) called us arguing that noone told us late check out was at 12pm and we had to rush to leave. He was very rude. The two ladies that work there were very nice and respectful. But, other then that it wasnt a experience i care to have again."

"Staff was consistently friendly and helpful over my 12 night stay. The fitness room is small and not well equiped. A very bright LED light in the smoke alarm directly above the bed flashed every 10 seconds which was annoying. Otherwise, the hotel was very quiet, clean, and I would stay there again."

"Overall, the stay was pretty good. The location really fit my needs. The hotel was quiet and the property was well taken care of. I would have given it a higher rating except that my rooms bathroom had small ants crawling on the floor. This went on for all 3 nights of my stay. They appeared to be coming from a small hole next to the shower. The rest of the hotel amenities were pretty decent. The morning breakfast is what has become expected when staying at a hotel. Adequate food choices, clean eating area and the service was really good. "

"The furniture was all scratched, couched had what looked like puke on it, the back of the bathroom door was filthy, no ice machine in the room or on site, was not aware that this is also a short/long-term living facility not just a hotel. There was no secure internet available. Kids running screaming. Was not acceptable."

"The mountain view was beautiful. We were sad the pool was closed for renovation but, no one was to disappointed. "

"The lobby is not attached to the building the rooms are actually in, so that took a minute to find. Water in the lobby has been sitting for days, tasted disgusting. Small room, very dated. Smart TV with no WiFi meant no tv. We had to use our phone as a hot spot to watch. Water in shower smelled terrible when I showered in the morning. The continental breakfast was a joke. The staff was apologetic about the breakfast. It was premade waffles, 2 sausages some ham and cereal."
