「The room was clean but it is dated. The tub floor needs a good scrubbing, but it was clean. The pillows and bed were not comfortable, the bedding is barely there. Fire sticks are available with a deposit but we couldn't secure one for three days and it took us checking back every day, they did not have any notes system to let us know when one was brought back. The TV without the fire stick is on DISH service that was breaking up so we couldn't watch live TV -- that meant no live soccer games. ...

「The hotel is fine for what you pay for. It is clean. It looks like they’re trying to modernize and update it. However, the air conditioning made strange noises. The hot tub was not working. However, the breakfast area is clean and a good breakfast. All in all, a decent stay.」

「This property was nothing like the pictures on Expedia show it. It is dated and isolated. Not near anyplace to get food and I did not feel safe there. I had a 5 night reservation and ended up staying 1 night and then moving to a different hotel. I am still waiting to see if they will refund my money.」

「What are absolutely disgusting place pictures are very deceiving. Doesn’t look anything like it and there’s a bunch of drug addicts crackheads that live in their cars in the parking lot. Tried to get some kind of refund or compensation and they wouldn’t even answer the phone or return a call when I left a message and Expedia will do nothing about it. I’ve been with them for quite some time in the hotels just keep getting worse and worse.」

「The heat register was broken off the wall. There were no glasses to get a drink of water with. There was a huge pile of garbage outside the room. The desk clerk didn't tell us the room was so far away and should have driven back. It looked like a drug deal or homeless area.」

「This hotel was absolutely stunning. From interior, spacious rooms, Mountain View & this wonderful smell that pumps through common areas. It was warm and inviting & somewhat felt luxurious. The location is convenient. Valet wasn’t as expected but that’s okay because we didn’t mind parking the car ourselves. Front desk was friendly 10/10 stay in Golden. I highly recommend」
