"I had a late check in the night manager came down quickly and took care of my needs quickly and made sure that I wasn't woken up early. The room was clean spacious the bathroom it's very nice I would highly recommend this to anybody coming down out of the mountains for me I needed it to get some sleep before I drove up into the mountains in the morning. Everything worked well coffee maker worked well TV worked well that was comfortable room with quiet see you next time"

"Breakfast was amazing, lots of options. There were only 2 elevators for a 6 floor hotel and 1 was out of order our entire stay, with the other going down periodically. We were on the 6th floor, we weren't climbing 6 flights of stairs. The housekeeping staff had to use the same elevator as all the guests and at times we had to wait almost 5-10 minutes for the elevator to come back to the top floor because it was full with a housekeeper and cart. There's not much handicap available options, there are stairs from every parking area except the 4 handicap spots that are right by the main entrance and slopes to walk anywhere. The room was nice but likely couldn't stay here again with handicapped family accompanying."

"First of all, the staff here was as helpful as possible, and nice to us during our stay, they were truly welcoming, but this hotel is badly in need of renovation. The hallway carpets were the worst I have ever seen at a hotel, with large stains all over the hallways, and they were very dirty with dust piled up in the corners. Our room was almost out of toilet paper and the people at the front desk tried to help 'but couldn't find any' there were no extra pillows and blankets in the room, and the front desk couldn't find any extra pillows for us either. The reason we picked this hotel was the hot tub, but it was unable to be used 2/3 days of our stay. The cleanliness of the room was OK, but the upholstery of the chair was deeply stained and when we moved the chair there was dirt and crackers underneath. All in all this wasn't a pleasant stay and we won't choose this hotel again."

"I booked a room from a picture of the hotel inside, and I thought it appeared to be a Jacuzzi jetted tub in Europe. Knowing that I needed one I booked them app when I got to the room, nothing chilled on a picture was smaller. There was no jetta was just a basic tub. How is told by the staff that in the morning there would be a continental breakfast.When I got up all it was is coffee and yogurt in a fridge. I paid $90 to sleep 5 hours.\nAnd the cocktail is okay. The pictures are nothing like the actual rooms"

"Stayed here for four nights. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. I liked that housekeeping straightened up the room every day and provided fresh towels. The hotel was also very quiet. The only thing I was not a fan of was the scent of the toiletries. Otherwise, I would highly recommend."
