The place wasn’t the greatest. The room was okay but the carpet and bathroom were dirty. The bedding didn’t seem washed. Would not stay here again.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at La Quinta. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. We truly appreciated how pleasant and stress-free our stay was, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return the next time we’re in town

I’ll give the one star because the guy who helped me check in and out was really nice and understanding. However, to be honest, my friend and I checked out the same night/morning. We checked in at around 12AM and checked out at 3AM. The room was dirty. All three bed sheets were stained and worn out. The tub was dirty. The elevator was not working to the third floor. One key card worked the other didn’t. We ended up checking into another hotel and I will be contacting this hotel to get a refund. My friend and I were not going to sleep in those beds nor shower in that tub. Also the closet door had a hole and the wall had a scratched P on it. I took pictures because I want our money back. We could have asked for a different room or work it out with the employee at the front desk but we were not willing to take the risk.

Good, clean room. Pet friendly, they had same - night availability. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because the room was advertised on Expedia as being able to sleep 5, but it can only sleep 4. The office said they did not have cots available. It was me, my husband, and our 3 kids. We needed 5 places to sleep.

We had to switch rooms after night one. So many problems with the room. The shower head was cracked on the side and shooting water over the shower curtain. 3 of 4 light bulbs were out in bathroom, exhaust fan didn’t work, tub felt like we were going to fall through. Bugs in the light fixtures. The electric sockets were so old that plugs would not stay in. Refrigerator was super loud. The silicone caulking was moldy and black in sink and tub. The second room was almost as bad. I have stayed at La Quintas several times and have never had such poor rooms. This hotel needs to be renovated badly. The landscaping and everything on the outside is in poor condition. The “Continental” breakfast consisted of stale bagels, no cream cheese, cereal and a waffle maker that was not working correctly. No juice, no fruit, no bread. I just had an absolute terrible stay and would never recommend this hotel.

The staff was great! The understand that the hotel is old. We had a few days of lukewarm shadows and a TV that did not work. The lobby had a sewage smell when coming down the stairs.

They did not do any room housekeeping our whole stay. We had to go to desk and get towels. The bathroom was not the cleanest when we arrived. The breakfast that was included was not worth it, we ended up going out anyway and not saving money as intended. Will never use this chain again. Would like. A refund!

Absolutely the worst experience ever! I came in at 1030p and went back and forth 3 times before the room I was given was actually clean and made up. Dude working the desk. Literally told me he has no way to know which rooms are clean or not. Actually told me on the 3rd room that if it wasn’t clean. I would be past policy with 3 room movement limitation and therefore I would be without stay there and would need to contact Expedia for reimbursement! Absolutely the most absurd thing ever! Highly highly recommend not staying here. I took pics of th rooms I was given and the managers name there. I actually thought at one time as I was going back and forth from dirty unmade rooms that I was on some sort of candid camera prank! Do not pass go and do not stay at this mismanaged, poor service La Quinta. It is like no other!! I wish it had where I could upload pics! Rooms were in shambles! No way front desk doesn’t know what rooms are available! It that was true. Someone needs fired asap!
