"Very kind and respectful staff members(For English speakers, their English is pretty good especially the man who seamed to be the lead staff member). Even though you’re farther away from Tokyo(City) the location is quite literally connected to a subway line that goes directly there and a shopping mall with multiple sections. Hotel room was clean and for laundry you can use an app to use, it also already adds detergent for you which is great. "

"Everything as described. Comfortable apartment, close to station and very clean. For Tokyo this is a big space, has a washing machine and utensils for cooking. Communication with the owner was clear. Its a tranquil neighborhood and good if you dont have to conmute to central tokyo on a rush and want to experience a more authentic japanese way of living. "

"I stayed at The Crest Hotel Kashiwa from November 23–29, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. Although the hotel is located outside of central Tokyo, it’s absolutely worth it—especially if you prefer spacious rooms, which can be hard to find in the city. The amenities were impressive. The hotel provides two bottles of water per day, in-room device chargers, convenient lighting controls on the headboard, and I enjoyed a great city view from the 15th floor. They also offer slippers and pajamas, though the pajamas didn’t fit me. The AC works well, but it does take a little time to fully cool the room. Despite the hotel being fully booked the week I stayed, I barely saw or heard other guests, making it a peaceful and comfortable stay. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service. Before my trip, I reached out to ask about early check-in since my flight landed at 5:30 AM. Check-in is normally at 3 PM, so we booked the night before to ensure our rooms would be ready and hotel made sure both reservations were under the same room so we didn’t have to switch rooms. They kept their promise, and when we arrived around 7 AM, the front desk had all three of our room reservations ready. The check-in process was quick and easy. The location is very convenient. Within walking distance are multiple convenience stores—7-Eleven, Lawson, and Family Mart. The train station is only about two blocks away and is connected to a mall with plenty of major shops. "Love love LOVED this hotel! When coming from a long day it felt good laying in their comfy bed and on their comfy pillows for a good nights rest and the room always smelled sooo good! The staff was so adorable and helpful for all my needs! I would definitely book again when I’m back in Japan!! "
