"Great service !"

"Super helpful staff and nice clean rooms "

"Overall, it Was very comfortable stay in this hotel. I"

"Excellent top-notch service! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and always so helpful! Room and premises were very clean. My one suggestion is for the gym to have more accessible hours - open early in the morning and later in the evening. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kashiwa. It is also very close to the train station and markets - 5 minute walk, which makes it very convenient!"

"Always nice to stay at the crest"

"Good location staff helpful and clean room"

"Great place to stay! Centrally located to several major areas. Clean rooms, professional and friendly staff. I always stay here. "

"Convenient location near kashiwa station, shopping area, and restaurants."

"Grate location and friendly staff. The triple room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the large public bath was only available from 6:00 a.m., which seemed a bit late."
