The hotel is in a below average area with no near-by supermarkets and restaurants. It takes over an hour to get to London city center. The breakfast was fine. However, one day both coffee machines were broken down and the rest of the days only one of them was working. Prior to arrival by 1 week, we tried to reach out to the hotel by phone and messages through Expedia portal with no response from them. With Expedia help, it took them a week to get a response from the hotel. The positive side was their staff was nice. We will not stay there again.

Room was nice and breakfast was good … however on check in i was told i had to provide ID ( first time for any london hotel) and the check in staff refered to my partner ( in front of her ) as her twice !!

Simple small room for a solo traveller for a no fuss overnight stay. Comfortable bed, shower was fine. Easy to find from Paddington train station. Lots of places to eat at within 5 minute walk.

Lovely room, very comfortable bed and bedding. Bathroom was spotless, great MB toiletries. Helpful staff.

Das Luxury-Room Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank,Klima und kleinen aber sauberen Badezimmer. Die Reinigung des Zimmers war sehr gut. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für Interkontinental echt gut aufgestellt. Trotz großem Betrieb im Pub war es im Zimmer schön ruhig.Man kann zu Fuß oder per U-Bahn viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. In der Nähe sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Essmöglichkeiten.
