"Stayed for a family event. The front desk agent was friendly and answered my questions. She tried to charge me again for my stay, but I showed her I had already paid. It was a simple mistake. There’s a note by the front desk that says if you are going to pay by debit card, you will be charged double rate, and then in 3-10 business days you will get the difference. So be aware of that. The breakfast is amazing, and started the day off well."

"Staff were all very friendly! The restaurant located in the hotel had awesome food. Everyone in our group was satisfied with what they ordered which NEVER happens! Only complaints I have is that our room was cold our whole stay and we didn’t realize there was a switch on the base board near the floor to switch between AC and heat. Very odd and would have been nice to know. Also we had a room that the window was facing the pool area and even though the pool was said to close at 11pm we were kept up by young children being loud in the pool well after 12 when we had to be up at 4:30am. It’s part or hotel stays but with the pool literally next to the front desk I was surprised they didn’t take care of the noise and allowed it to go so late. Our stay otherwise was very nice and the room was clean. The hotel as a whole was clean and everyone was very nice. "

"The manager I believe Heather was her name absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was everything and I was comfortable they are under going some updates and she apologized for that but I told her they are doing great and it was ok very comfortable cozy quiet and just all around awesome staff her and her husband "
