The staff assisted with details to make the stay comfortable. The room was clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff remembered me from previous stays which made the trip feel like I was at home away from home. This is a place worth returning too. Shout out to Dee, Andrew and Riley for making it an enjoyable time.

Every one was friendly and courteous, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean, AND, they made sure I got to the airport when I didn't have transportation. I loved visiting Thief River, and Quality Inn was a wonderful place to land in the evenings.

Clean room. Although there was a lot of noise on the weekends, especially because of the indoor swimming pool. My only real complaint was the rudeness of people smoking nasty smelling dope in their room and that smell throughout the hotel.

This is an older facility but well kept. The bed was very comfortable and there was room to move around. The jacuzzi was very nice and the whole pool area very nice, and indoors for year round use. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were quick to keep the food available.

Only complaint was that the toilet flushing mechanism was broken and I had to remove the toilet lid and pull the chain myself to flush the toilet. I reported the issue to the Desk at check out.

Overall the property isn't bad, better than some value stay hotels. I'd definitely recommend this place over any of the discount hotels in the area. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and the room climate control barely worked and regularly made noises. No exhaust in bathroom, which made the whole room humid when showering. Property needs better snow removal around side doors.
