「Rooms were clean and staff was super nice! We were able to check in early for a very small fee and we even got upgraded. Rooms are huge! Close by to everything. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.」

「Booked this hotel because it was 20 min to and from the port of Long Beach and the Long Beach airport. I can't really say too much about the convenance of the area or the room. The area up the road to your left is not really safe at night. The room is kind of run down especially the bathroom. Rust and mildew on many parts of the tub. I feel it is not worth what I paid for the hotel and i am glad it was only for one night.」

「Overall everything was okay, but the bathroom shower head was broken and the water pressure was so harsh that it actually hurt when hitting the skin. The bathroom glass door also leaked water everywhere even when the door was properly closed. I hope these maintenance issues can be fixed because they affected the overall stay experience.」

「Filthy place. Broken elevator. Flies inside the room. As I walked into the office to check in, there were already a few people complaining that their rooms were filthy and one person even showed a picture of the toilet in their room being clogged up. The floors in the room itself looked gross. There’s one elevator and it was broken so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs and it tough. The bed sheets had stains and I’m pretty sure this place might even have bed bugs. Wouldn’t recommend this...

「Very sketchy location. There are homeless tents on the sidewalks. We planned to check-in and then head out to explore the city. But dropped the plan as we didn't want to walk from parking to the hotel at night. Room smelled bad and the sheets had stains on them. I guess the only positive thing I can say that we were scared, but nothing untowardly happened during our stay. Won't stay here again though. Not sure how this place is so highly rated. 「The location was excellent—just 5 minutes from LGB Airport via the hotel's free shuttle service. For dinner, we visited a nearby food hall called The Hangar, which was about a 20–30 minute walk from the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.」

「Room was super , toiletries were good , bath towels ample , TV was great , overall good . i have room next to parking lot , so little noisy in area when parking of car , close door neighbour can hear , walls are not thick enough to control noise , close to walking area Aqarium , breakfast spread ok .Seating area were less. Breakfast 1 to 10 - 6 , Room -8, Noise - 5 , overall 1 to 10 - 7」
