Ótima localização, estadia super tranquila, o hotel tem um café da manhã bom, o único problema era o quarto não ter uma janela, pois fiquei no térreo, creio que tenham quartos melhores, mas para passar poucos dias valeu a pena.

O hotel é bom, porém deve melhorar na qualidade das roupas de cama e as toalhas de banhos devem ser lavadas com amaciantes. Como o hotel não tem elevador , os idosos devem ser acomodados nos quartos localizados no andar térreo.

O ar condicionado, modelo de janela, é muito antigo e barulhento. Difícil de dormir com ele ligado. A toalha estava com mau cheiro. No carnaval, já que cobram uma tabela diferente, poderiam ao menos melhorar a qualidade do papel higiênico. Gostei do café da manhã e do atendimento. Equipe educada.

A localização do hotel é excelente, muito conveniente e facilita bastante a locomoção. A estrutura é ok, atende bem às necessidades básicas e é compatível com a proposta do hotel. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e prestativos, o que fez toda a diferença na estadia. O café da manhã é bom, porém poderia ter mais opções. A limpeza do hotel é muito boa e o quarto estava bem higienizado. O hotel não possui elevador e, por esse motivo, precisamos trocar para um quarto no térreo. O quarto em que ficamos não correspondia totalmente às fotos divulgadas: as paredes estavam sujas e o ar-condicionado de parede fazia bastante barulho. A cama era até confortável, mas os travesseiros eram muito desconfortáveis, sendo necessário solicitar outros.
