Ótima equipe de funcionários, mas hotel é antigo

Pontos altos são a localização e o atendimento. Funcionários super educados, prestativos e receptivos. Quarto te azulejos velhos nas paredes, minúsculo, janela da p corredor, nenhum tipo de isolamento acústico. Realmente precisa de urgente reforma.

Pessima noite

Tivemos uma pessima experiência em nossa estadia. Primeiro o choque de quão diferente as fotos que constavam no anúncio com o que de fato é um quarto do hotel, muito diferente. O quarto apresentava mofo na parede, instalações antigas, um cheiro insuportável de esgoto vindo do banheiro. A cama estava em pessimas condições e a estrutura do hotel apresentou um isolamento acústico ineficiente, resultando em uma pessima noite de sono. Ainda para piorar, esquecemos um carregador de celular, ao qual prontamente pedimos para que a recepção verificasse, porém nos informaram que não encontraram.

O hotel atende o mínimo necessário. Básico demais.

O hotel é pequeno, simples e bem localizado. A equipe de atendimento muito simpática . A única coisa que me incomodou foi ter sido colocado no primeiro quarto em frente a cozinha . Não sei o motivo, mas não gostei devido ao baralho. O roupa de cama parecia bem velha. Servir suco artificial no café da manhã caí muito. Tem potencial, mas precisa melhorar .

Na hora do check-in falaram que so tinha aquele quarto, mas o mesmo estava com umidade pelas paredes, com o banheiro sujo e com forte cheiro de esgoto vindo do ralo, colocaram candida, mas o cheiro voltava.

O NAVEGANTES PRAIA HOTEL em Boa Viagem está muito bem localizado. Entretanto, acho válido ressaltar que NÃO TEM ELEVADOR e o predio é dd DOIS andares - com escadas íngremes! Acredito que o hotel PRECISA infornar idto em algum local nas publicidades, posts, pous gedrantes e idosos, caso sejam alocados para o segundo andar - em caso de "over" no primeiro, fica difícil e enfadonho o acesso! Os quartos sao espacosos!

Viagem de fim de semana. O hotel é muito bom. De acordo com o preço pago, necessita somente de mais empatia dos funcionários. Um sorriso não custa nada. Mas no geral foi bom.

Boa Localização, porem sem muito conforto as portas os cartão nao funcionam bem passamos muito tempo toda hora que saia do quarto para voltar. perdia muito tempo tentando entrar e as fechaduras sem reconhecer os cartões. café da manhã bom. mais o quarto achei pouco conforto. tudo muito pequeno.

As imagens do hotel não são fieis a realidade. O banheiro com parede e box mofados, chuveiro entupido, vaso sanitário entupia todos os dias, além disso, no último dia o ar condicionado do quarto estragou (falta de manutenção). O hotel não tem serviço de quarto.

Quarto com mofo, cama desconfortável pois era para ser casal e eles simplesmente juntaram 2 camas de solteiro, café da manhã poucas opções tinha até comida crua na exposição e o andar térreo é terrível… uma zuada sem fim o dia e noite inteira.
