Ficamos com medo do hotel ser péssimo diante de tantas avaliações negativas, no entanto, nos surpreendemos. Chegamos tarde a noite, e fomos super bem recebidos!! O quarto? 100% limpo e higienizado. O café da manhã também é bom, com opções variadas de frutas, pães e outros. A localização é boa, com mercados e praia próxima. Podem reservar sem medo!

Precisa de manutenção. No box do chuverio nao tem saboteira, tem que tomar banho segurando o sabonete. Luminária pendurada em cima da cama. Janelas com sujeiras de resto de obras. Toalhas de banho finas igual o lençol.

Muito a melhorar

Tem muito a melhorar. Quarto: janelas imundas, blindex do box muito sujo, colchões sujos com estrutura velha e com espuma no formato do corpo das pessoas. O chuveiro parece que vai arrancar a pele com a força sendo que é só limpar que ele fica “ok” de novo. Únicos pontos positivos: • Ar condicionado, super antigo, mas é potente apesar de barulhento. • O roupeiro é muito bom. • Número bom de mesas no quarto, ajuda bastante com malas e coisas pequenas. O atendimento: No check in tem muito a melhorar, durante os dias foi ok, com exceção de uma recepcionista que estava no dia 25 a noite, que era muito gentil. No ckeck out foi ok também. Cafe da Manhã: TERRÍVEL. Reaproveitam comidas de outros dias, produtos de péssima qualidade, margarina a mais baixa qualidade. O molho de cachorro quente tinha até cabelo e foi reaproveitado do dia anterior. Até as frutas foram reaproveitadas: bananas e mamão. Mas o pior de tudo foi os ovos mexidos que estavam VERDES no fundo da panela de tão estragados, provavelmente, reaproveitado de outro dia também. O único ponto positivo do café da manhã foi o próprio café, que é ok, nada de mais também. Poucos funcionários(as) para ajudar no salão do café e limpar as mesas, eu tive que limpar a minha própria mesa todas as vezes. Enfim, por ser da rede Andrade, acreditava ser um pouco mais organizado e limpo. Estou em outro hotel em João Pessoa, pelo mesmo preço que paguei em Recife, porém, o nível muito maior de limpeza e organização.
